1．How the porcelain tableware are made

The production process: start from the sculpture,then china clay to be shaped and fixed with water, china clay to be fired for the first time under 1320 degrees (biscuit firing),china clay to be polished and grinded, finally,the china clay will be glazed and fired for the second time(glaze firing) etc..

2.Principle of polishing technology

               Polishing technology: mechanical polishing

Adjusting the speed of the polishing machine according to the polishing product.

The spiral rolling and the three dimensional vibration make the ceramic tableware polished and grinded with the rolling abrasive.

The original size, shape and precision of the ceramic tableware will not be changed during the production process and the surface will be polished to be plain.

3．Product Resistance

Our products are polished and grinded automatically.

After fired for the first time under 1320 degrees (biscuit firing),the china clay wil be polished and grinded. The polishing time will be set according to the shape of the porcelain and after the vibration,the resistance can be tested.

4.Washing

After polishing, the products will be put in the ultrasonic wash pool to be cleaned,and after this,the white and smooth china clay is finished.

5.Test

After polishing,the product quality will be tested strictly.

Dry by the flyer or bake room.
