Q3 : Can you send samples before the order?
A: Yes, Samples are available for material and quality check with freight collected.
Q4: What's your Minimum Order Quantity?
A: It is negotiable according to the specific product.
Generally speaking, we request 300pcs or sets for the tableware.
Q5 : What kind of material are your products made in?
A: Mainly, there are three kinds of material: bone china, porcelain and ceramic. For the quality grade : bone china > porcelain > ceramic. If you would like to know more details,pls feel free to contact us directly.
Q6: How about the quality control system for your product ?
A: We have a very strict QC system interiorly. Meanwhile,Our company and products passed the by SGS, FDA, EC certification exteriorly.
Q7: How about your package? Is it possible to ensure the safety of the products?
A: Standard export package, usually lined with bubble paper in cartons, available for packed according to clients'requests.
Q8: How long is your production time?
A: Usually, the production time is 30~60 days.
Please note that: the delivery time will be relatively extended during peak season and Chinese New Year.

A: Sure, we can provide you customized service/OEM and ODM service with drawings.
