Ceramic tableware is classified by porcelain

China is an ancient ceramic country with a long history of ceramic culture and various kinds of ceramics. Daily ceramic eating utensils follow the classification of porcelain species and traditional characteristics: they can be divided into hard porcelain and soft porcelain. Hard Porcelain is mostly fired at a high temperature, while soft porcelain is mainly made of high temperature plain and low temperature glaze. Because the glaze firing temperature is different, the raw material formula is different, relatively speaking, the soft porcelain glaze contains more low melting point oxides. Therefore, the glaze hardness of hard porcelain is larger than that of soft porcelain, and it is not easy for knives and forks to scratch scars when using. However, the glaze flatness and brightness of soft porcelain are generally better than that of hard porcelain, and the naked eye observation is relatively soft and moist.
