I don't understand.
Here is a comment I received today: "To be honest. . .
I was a little disappointed because I really hated upcell and it really made me feel like I only got half of what I just purchased. \" Really?
So if you go to McDonald's and order a Big Mac with fries and coke, they ask if you want to overcode, do you feel like you only get half of what you just bought?
If you buy an electronic device, the shop assistant will upgrade you to 5-
One year warranty, do you think you only get half of what you just bought?
If you buy a stereo system and the store offers an installation service, do you feel like you're only getting half of what you just bought?
What I offer is the extra service (which some people think is helpful) so this attitude is confusing for me.
Why hate upsell?
Please let us have a good discussion on this issue.
This could be an enlightening experience.
