For adults with a potential life in the UK, going to a restaurant is not a simple activity --

Online tool com reveals food allergy policies at popular high street restaurants in the UK, as well as some hidden gems.
Diners can scroll through the restaurant list and click to view information such as gluten-
Free menus and a variety of dishes, for example.
The map covers more than 2,800 independent restaurants, 24 chain stores and 4 independent restaurants in the UK.
This information is collected from the restaurant itself and EU law requires the restaurant to provide allergic information in the form of an FIR food intolerance report.
Many of the popular chains include Nando's, which is included in wagamas first.
In addition to a short description of a particular restaurant, such as Pret a Manger, the guide details the number of dishes that an allergic patient can eat.
Gluten, celery, mustard, milk, fish, shellfish, mollusks, soybeans and peanuts are included.
Examples of Pret gluten are listed in this guide, including salmon and kale Super Bowl, chef's Italian chicken salad and rock salt popcornfree options.
It also shows that there are 52 courses for people with gluten allergies, while 57 courses are milk --free.
At the same time, people with peanut allergies can choose from 171 courses that may be offered.
