You may want to try many SPAs other than shades.
Local Vietnamese usually visit these hot springs.
They receive some foreign tourists occasionally.
There are several spas to choose from and your hotel can recommend a better spa.
Alternatively, go to the soles of the feet for a massage or have a good body massage in most of the hue.
We went to the place next to the hotel for $15 an hour, either foot massage or body massage.
This ratio is very high for Vietnam.

We were in hue in November, the biggest month of autumn.

Budget hotels are cheap and clean, and if you feel the right one, you have already settled your accommodation budget.
In general, hue is cheap and there are many fascinating attractions to see and do, I like my stay in hue very much.
This is value for money and the organizing committee has done a great job in choosing the city as part of our trip.
