"Do they think we don't eat?
When my son was young, one day he came to me and said, "Mom, people always ask me what to eat because I don't eat meat. Why?
Do they think we don't eat?
"What do you eat ? "
"Since eating meat, I have been asked the most questions --free.
This is the same problem that most people want to be vegetarian (vegan)ask themselves.
I asked the same question when I decided to become a vegan.
My husband and I agreed to try to be a vegetarian family 30 years ago after reading the McDougall Plan (family of 7).
As a family chef, I have to learn how to answer the question, "What to eat for dinner?
"As a mom, I had to start answering the question without saying chicken, roast beef, hot dogs.
I have started to identify our food in a new way.
Starting with familiar foods, there are a few names of foods that do not need to be changed: spaghetti, chili, stir food
Fried, soup and sandwiches, shepherd's pie, lasagna, stuffed peppers, pot pies, burgers, pizza.
You can also divide your food into Italy, India, China, Mexico, Germany, etc.
At the beginning of your change in diet, using a familiar meal name to be vegetarian/vegetarian will help you adjust.
Using artificial meat allows you to overcome the loss of meat in your diet.
Once you learn a different diet, put down the artificial meat and learn to cook with vegetables.
How can my food be vegetarian?
Here's an example: capellini tomato workaholic (
Chopped tomatoes with pasta and spices)
Primavera, pasta (
Pasta with Marinara sauce and vegetables), pizza (
Frozen pizza crust or buy with pizza sauce, vegetables, faux meat and cheese)

Simple beginner vegetarian meal that offers some of your favorite dishes for you and the people you feed.
You may want to start with 4 breakfasts and rotate on another day of trying something else.
For lunch, there are several options to work even on busy days.
Snacks and desserts should be healthy, but there is no problem eating sweets once in a while, just like eating a piece of cake.
If you are feeding others, the most difficult meal is dinner.
When you are making new meals and trying new things, list the meals that best suit you and your family and the restaurants that offer the best vegetarian food.
If your life is busy, you won't go home and cook a complicated meal.
Pasta can be easily cooked in a pot (
Ready when you go home)
Asian, soup and sandwichesstir-fry), Mexican (tostadas).

I can make a lot of delicious recipes by replacing meat with rich vegetables, such as root vegetables, mushrooms and beans.

No recipes are included in this article as my purpose is to help you plan your diet.
Choose some food that you think you and the people you cook for will enjoy.
Repeat the food, but occasionally try some new or new recipes.
The key to success is repetition.
If eating the same food week after week doesn't appeal to you, try 3-week menu.
It may be Italian on Monday, Hamburger on Tuesday, Chinese food on Wednesday, etc.
Then, eat 3 weeks of new dishes every Monday, and the rest of the week.
After 3 weeks, start over with the same menu.
So, if you eat pasta on the first Monday, then on the Monday of the fourth week, you will eat pasta again.
If you eat pizza on the first Tuesday, then on the Tuesday of the fourth week you will eat the same pizza again.
Learn to repeat what you like (
Or everyone likes it).
If you need chocolate, there are some good options for you to try: chocolate sea cake and brownie cake.
