A Mexican restaurant chain run by the former winner of the BBC's chef is offering amnesty to Guangming.

The food chain Wahaca, founded in 2005 by Thomasina Miers, now has 17 branches, with an estimated loss of 4,000 of special plastic spoons per year.
The company offers a free bowl of food to any customer who walks into one of its restaurants and places his hands in brightly colored spoons.
Rebecca Jones, assistant general manager of the recently opened Cardiff branch, said: "Every year 4,000 people steal our spoons because they are fun and different.
