A dozen chefs from top Chinese restaurants will compete for gold, silver and bronze.
They make a main course and two side dishes with chicken, duck and tofu, each for 30 minutes.
They will be judged by taste, presentation, professional preparation, location.
The winners will be presented at the HSBC China restaurant awards ceremony on January 18, 2011.
