Crema Catalana is a deep-fried cream like creme brulee, thick and delicious with a crispy burnt sugar crust on top.
This is a must for anyone who likes the cream freeze.
Due to the different taste of milk and eggs, this will not be the same crema Catalana found in southern Spain, but it is close to easing nostalgia (if any ).
