Busaba at Bangsa Mall is the latest Thai restaurant launched by Ocean food group.
Its name means "flowers and Grace" in Thai.

Q: When did you start to be interested in food?
I was only 18 when I started cooking.
My first dish was Thai green curry.
At that time, I worked in a small independent restaurant in Bangkok.
What is your biggest challenge as a chef?
Make sure we provide stable and authentic Thai food for all restaurants.
Many herbs and spices must be purchased and imported exclusively from Thailand, but I have my own network of reliable contacts to help.

Another unique dish is the weeping tiger or iron plate beef stripe made with northern Thai sauce.
According to Thai folklore, only tigers have eaten cattle.
