Ben said: "My desserts are always popular-my guests can experience anything from confusion to fear to humor, constantly letting them think out of the box with my work.
"If there's anything my guests can get out of it, it's inspiration.
"I'm tired of traditional desserts, so I'm starting to question how far I can go.
"It's understandable that people can be delayed by appearance, but they always like the taste.
When thinking of a new "disgusting dessert" project, Ben imagined the final goal as a puzzle and pushed back.
