It's hard to find Italian food with calories.
Here, cooking and chopped pumpkins serve as the basis for a nutritious main course, representing the pasta of wheat.
The spaghetti pumpkin is baked during this preparation;
You can also cook in the microwave oven.
To do this, puncture the whole pumpkin about 12 times with a sharp knife.
On the microwave-

Cook with a wooden spoon for 15 minutes and break down the lumps.
The meat should be completely brown.
Stir in the sauce until fully mixed and heated.
Dig out the pumpkin seeds;
Discard or retain for other purposes. Use a fork (or two)
Drag the fork vertically and crush the pumpkin meat.
Transfer the obtained line to a mixing bowl or a serving dish.
Discard empty skin.
Scoop the sauce on the pumpkin, stir well, or scoop the spoon evenly on the pumpkin.
Decorate with a small amount of cheese if needed.
