Smothered Pork Chops Recipes  -  why are restaurant dishes so big

This is a dish that can be easily prepared with fried pork chops and simple onion gravy.
Here are some recipes made at home.
Smoked pork chops are a delicious dish that is easy to make.
The classic ingredients of Southern cuisine combine perfectly with rice, mashed potatoes and so on.
As the name suggests, the dish has brown pork chops covered with delicious gravy that can be made with many different ingredients.
You can choose a simple onion gravy or a delicate gravy with ingredients such as cream, vegetables or mushrooms.
The pork chops should be washed clean.
Apply them with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
When the oil gets hot, paint the ribs Brown so that each side is cooked for about five minutes.
After eating, put the pork chops aside and add butter to the frying pan.
Keep the frying pan in medium heat and add sliced onions when the butter starts to melt.
Stir-fry onion slices to turn yellow.

Pour the water out of the ribs and sprinkle it with salt and pepper.
It would be better to use garlic salt.
Dip the ribs into flour and stir-fry them until they turn yellow.
Make sure to cook each side for about four minutes.
When finished, remove the ribs from the oil and put them aside.
Stir-fry chopped onions, chopped garlic and shredded bay leaves in the oil in the pan.
Add water and sugar when the onion turns yellow.
Wait for the sugar to completely dissolve before adding vinegar, sour cream and parsley.
When the sauce starts to boil, remove the pan from the heat.
Pour the sauce on the brown pork chops in the casserole.
Cover the plate and bake the ribs in the oven preheated to 50 degrees F for about 1 hour
After removing large chunks of fat (if any), rinse out the pork chops.
Drain the salt and pepper before applying them.
Take a frying pan and heat the oil in it.
Fry the ribs to both sides and turn them into light brown.
At medium heat, it takes about four to five minutes to complete each side.
After finishing, remove the ribs from the frying pan and put them aside.
Add chopped onions and green peppers to the remaining oil in the frying pan.
After the onion is soft, add a mushroom slice and cook for another two minutes.
Add a cup of milk to the frying pan and then the mushroom soup.
Stir the mixture until it is heated.
Add brown pork chops to this sauce and cook for another 15 minutes under low heat.
Decorated with parsley and served.
