Smoked pork chops are a delicious dish that is easy to make.
The classic ingredients of Southern cuisine combine perfectly with rice, mashed potatoes and so on.
As the name suggests, the dish has brown pork chops covered with delicious gravy that can be made with many different ingredients.
You can choose a simple onion gravy or a delicate gravy with ingredients such as cream, vegetables or mushrooms.
The pork chops should be washed clean.
Apply them with salt, pepper and poultry seasoning.
Heat the oil in a frying pan.
When the oil gets hot, paint the ribs Brown so that each side is cooked for about five minutes.

Add chopped onions and green peppers to the remaining oil in the frying pan.
After the onion is soft, add a mushroom slice and cook for another two minutes.
Add a cup of milk to the frying pan and then the mushroom soup.
Stir the mixture until it is heated.
Add brown pork chops to this sauce and cook for another 15 minutes under low heat.
Decorated with parsley and served.
