Shojo will open at Logan Airport this weekend with an all-day congee menu - mandarin restaurant signature dishes

Executive chef Mike Stark added breakfast items including egg waffles to the menu at the airport location (

The Shojo Hotel is located near gate 19 and will also host an impressive bar project with beverage director Mike Patterson listing a list of wines, beers, Japanese whiskies and classic cocktails, irish coffee and negronis.
