Chuck was born when I was traveling on the west coast of the United States and I was inspired to take it home and we do everything with our hands and our food is fresh, honest fast food.

Our food was cooked and served warmly by three generations of our family and we are pleased to present our culture in the community.
The Greeks will not give up halfway, especially the food. we are most proud of our large portions and our ingredients are healthy.
We felt that there was a clear lack of Greek food at the cardiffs food scene and we wanted to revive people's enthusiasm for it --

Street food is not a new concept for our family.
In the villages and beaches of Cyprus, it is common practice to cook food and share it with family, neighbors and anyone who may be nearby --"kopiasteh! " (come eat! ).
Even in Cardiff, a very small Greek community, sharing food is still an integral part of our culture.
We love street food because it reflects many fundamental things like family, culture and community.

We have no fixed style.
What defines us and makes us different is that all of our meat, whether pork or mutton, is raised by us, free-range and longer-lived.
