There is a wonderful series on Netflix, which attracts a lot of food lovers.
It's now season 2 (season 3 will focus on chefs from France) and the most recent highlight of the show is an episode about the chefs/bosses of several restaurants including and.
Not only is this chef a humble and lovely character, his food looks great, with classic sasmore and tortillas, there's more such as smoked corn, coffee mayonnaise, and ant powder for such a tempting crust and corn cream dessert, and I'll be searching for flights to Mexico on Expedia soon.
In the hands of chef Olvera, Mexican cuisine has reached a new level of beauty-
Great because, like many of the dishes under the brand "nation", Mexican food has been downgraded to cheap food
Eat too long.
With chefs like Olvera making waves, Mexican cuisine has finally become the focus of international attention. Yeah!
Still, in this part of the world, it still has a way to go.
Over the years in Montreal, I have reviewed some of the lackluster Mexican restaurants, but I am keen to see the Mexican restaurants reach the full potential of this cuisine.
Instead, I ate a lot of salsa, cornflakes and tortillas and watched a lot of waiters mix the avocado sauce together --
As enthusiastic as the 1 m maid slid the ticket to the windshield.
But recently, I think the Mexicans in Montreal may be at risk.
You can have tortillas in dozens of places in town, and many of them are delicious.
But, in addition to the cool tacolas, we finally see Mexican restaurants accept this in a variety of different directions (such as excellentas this summer), or emphasize authenticity, such as this week's restaurant
New and old restaurants in Montreal Open downtown
In June, its goal was clearly stated on the menu: "show authentic Mexican cuisine to the Montreux and the world.
Sounds good to me.
I had two meals at Emiliano and both were close to capacity, while many of the restaurants around were almost empty.
There may be Bistro ennuie.
Emiliano's happens to be a very jumping place with a big bar, high table, an extra second
Flooring restaurant with an open kitchen in the back with Mexican music playing loudbut-
Volume can also bear
Our waitress Patricia's Firecrackers greeted us with a smile and looked at the menu in detail.
Mexican food lovers will love tortillas, cherwich, tamales, tortillas and burritos, but there are plenty of options for food besides the Mexican cuisine in Cancun --inclusives.
I would recommend starting with Emiliano's avocado sauce and matching it with homemade Taco fries or fried pork fat roll "chicharron.
Like hummus, avocado sauce has become a popular product.
Many of us make snacks at home, but this one stands out because of its thick texture and the fact that the fries are not too salty, so this subtle avocado condiment/dip won't be overwhelmed.
Paired with anottoo-
The "perfect margar Tower" on the menu is exciting, and the couple offers the ideal main course for the evening.
After reading the description of the first soup on the menu, I ordered "sopa Azteca" right away ".
It was a great move, mixed with grilled tomatoes, Parcela peppers, Panera cheese and cream cake, topped with avocado slices and crispy tortillas, one of the best soups I 've ever had.
I also highly recommend the grilled queso mural plate which has a stack of pots
Fried cheese, sausage slices, avocado and mango Zhu lining.
There are three warm tortillas plated next to it, used to wrap everything in that stack, with a lime squeeze on the top, folded and eaten. So, so good.
After the main course, the next part of the menu falls into the "street food" category.
We tasted tortillas and tortillas there.
The tortillas I have tried are three serving tortillas filled with pork, onions, coriander and radishes, as well as fish tortillas with jalapeno, avocado, baked pumpkin onion, lettuce and lime (tell me you won't drool after reading the list of ingredients ).
The pork tacos are good because the meat is tender but the fish tacos are the best.
The fish is crispy, the tortillas are soft, the lettuce is crispy, and the jalapeno is spicy. Terrific!
As for the tortillas, not my favorite, alas, because the pork slices in the folds are hard, in general, it seems that quisadia missed the extra elements that brought it into the "wow" field.
Instead, try the tortillas, especially the green ones.
The tortillas were filled with shredded chicken and served with coriander and onions, served with a delicious tomato salsa, which was delicious and I cooked some on the pork tortillas.
After eating a lot of tortillas, it was a little comforting to try a dish that was not packed.
We chose the mole chicken with a coconut rice filled with cheese and thick mushrooms.
Although I hope the chicken breast is not that dry and not that dry, the filling is damp and delicious, and the mole provides layers of spices and fruit that taste exciting and hot, the chocolate tastes less than the Mole thought (chocolate is the most prominent ingredient in the mole, but the truth is that it has more nuts, garlic, peppers and fruits in its cosmetics.
The dessert is a silky classic flan with coffee and tequila caramel. Yum!
"Tres leches" is a famous Latin American cake made from evaporation, concentration and regular milk, which tastes good and is very humid and has a large amount of coconut shavings on the top. Thumbs-up.
We limit the intake of drinks to cocktails, beer or water, but the wine selection here is better than expected, although I would like to have more South American wines
Especially Mexico.
Provide more wine in a discovery manner.
The cocktail list can be added and the beer selection needs to work due to the unavailability of the three lists.
The Mexican brand is as exciting as the Canadian Molson.
Although there was no food activity, my night at Emiliano's was a success because the food was delicious, the service was great and the people were very friendly.
I'll be back here soon, not only for many dishes I haven't tried yet (cactus salad . . . . . . Chile . . . . . . Tamales) and just to sit down, relax and have a little fun.
What are the welcome additions on site.
