One in four British people can only cook three recipes, survey finds - most popular restaurant breakfast dishes survey

The British lack confidence in the kitchen, and a small percentage of us will only make three Trustworthy recipes.
The researchers found that fear of the wrong recipes and waste of ingredients leads us to stick to the same food.
A study of 2,000 adults also showed that only 4 out of 10 Britons knew more than 9 recipes.
The survey commissioned by servichellofresh, the UK's leading recipe box, also shows that on average, we cook every night and have six recipes in our repertoire.
The most popular dish from scratch is sausagand mash.
Followed by toast beans and spaghetti sauce.
Claire Davenport, CEO of HelloFresh UK, said: "We know people want to make sure dinner goes as planned, which is why they often stick to the same food instead of trying something new.
The study also found that Britons were "stuck" due to a lack of cooking skills ".
Although 73 people are confident in cutting onions, only half think they can cook the steak perfectly.
1 out of 3 people think they can try batter, and fewer people can chop up vegetables or butterflies.

However, according to more than 8 of the 10 people surveyed, knowing how you are in the kitchen is an attractive quality for your partner.
In addition, only half of the respondents said they were "good chefs" and the main complaint was "no one taught them to cook ".
