No More Roaches - what does skip the dishes charge restaurants

I 've been wanting to write this manual for a long time, but I can't stand the thought of photos of cockroaches.
I found a plastic one. problem solved.
I think the idea you got from that sentence is that I'm a little, a little scared of cockroaches.
This is the story of how I can get rid of cockroaches at home, they have been away for 10 months after they have just started treatment.
Update: When I moved out of this home I described here, the cockroach had disappeared for 6 years and I ate it again in the middle.

Boric acid powder * Karo syrup-
You can replace it with honey, maple syrup, pancake syrup, or make a simple syrup with sugar and water. Rice flour -
You can replace it with the flour on hand.
1 ice stick 1 Mixing bowl is used as follows: 2 parts of borax 1 part of flour-
Any kind of flour can be: white flour, whole wheat flour, rice flour, etc.
Enough Karo syrup or what sweetener you choose to make peanut butter
Important note for the Ish consistency mixture: powder acid powder is not something you want to breathe in, enter your eyes or swallow, so mix it outside.
Put on the dust cover until it mixes. It has no odor.
For a 2800 square foot house with 4 bathrooms, I mixed 2 cups of borax with 1 cup of rice flour (any flour is OK) and about 3/4 cups of Karo syrup.
When I finished the bait, I mixed it together with a plastic bowl, stuck the bowl and left the bait in the Attic/crawl space.
If you don't finish the bait in one day, put the bowl in the refrigerator and cover it, it will stay working for a day or two.
* (Sometimes "Roach Prufe" is available in hardware stores in the US (this is the only way I can get it, the jar is 98% acrylic and 2% blue ).
In addition, commenter ScottP6 said he was able to buy borax on Amazon for $7 a pound.
It has been enough for years to share with neighbors and friends.
Any kind of boron you find, though, will be fine, just make sure it's mostly boron.
Every cockroach you see may have 100 cockroaches hidden in the walls.
If you see a cockroach during the day, it means that you are so badly infected that they are squeezed out of hiding place for each other.

About 16 years ago, I rented a house where cockroaches were infested. I called a exterminator, he claims it's the worst infection he's ever seen (in case you don't believe me ).
His company used a consistency bait for peanut butter, he put a little behind all the drawers (pets or children can't reach it), under the sink on the tube that came out of the wall, he even took off all the sockets and switch board covers and put the bait on the wall.
This is a miracle. I have never seen cockroaches again. In that house.
I used the same service when I moved and the same person (let's call him John because that's his name) did the same thing, but this is the new house I bought.
John comes back every year to do the same thing and in 14 years I have never seen what you know. Alive that is.
Once in a while, one dies.
I had a husband then, so it was not a big problem to die.
My husband is gone and I have to move and buy a new house. guess what?
I took John away, but John did not use the bait this time.
In fact, I call John every week for help.
My new house is new to me, but it's really old and there are lots of cockroaches.
The week won't pass when I don't see one or two. . . . more.
Too bad, I couldn't get out of bed at night and turned on the light for fear of what I would see.
I begged John to use his magic peanut butter, but he just told me "we don't do it anymore ".
What should a poor girl do?

With popsicles, put a bait where cockroaches like to go

They also like to live on the walls of your home, so undo all your switch board covers and seat covers and apply some on the back of the seat cover.
The bait is not sticky so I found it easier to put it where it can sit so it doesn't fall off.
After it dries, it becomes hard and sticks to where you stick it.
Cockroaches like to bring food back to their colony and when they bring it back it will kill a lot of cockroaches and never even the cockroaches that run to your home.

The way the bait is placed, it takes the longest time to remove all the switch board covers.

Loft and crawl space are the main habitat for cockroaches.
Cockroaches have no bones, so they can slip away from the smallest space. It's gross.
Powder acid Powder is a recognized cockroach killer and what I am introducing here is a way to attract cockroaches (sweet Karo syrup) to eat (flour and Karo syrup ).
Make it a paste and you can put it where the powder won't stay.
I read a lot of information online 10 months ago and came up with this solution, but this is not an accurate science except for boron sand powder --
I think it's OK to mix peanut butter with boron sand powder.
What really interests me is that when I read industry information, people cancel their pest control services because the bait method is very effective.
I made recipes based on common sense, reading content and stuff in the cupboard.
The evidence is that I don't have a house for cockroaches.
This is a huge relief I want to share.
2015 update: it has been 6 years since I wrote this, and I would like to add a comment that NorEaster is particularly helpful.
There are more than 900 comments at this point and they are very helpful, so this is one that knows that NorEaster's comments are about German cockroaches, a completely different bug game: hope I can help solve this problem.
I moved to Hawaii two months ago and saw more cockroaches here than I had seen in my life (zero ).
When the military order expired within 3 years, I spent all my time planning and preparing to escape this infected Island.
So far here's my list: (1) buy a lot, I mean a ton of airtight plastic storage boxes (ZipLoc weathertight is a brand) but that's the way to go, because cockroaches like to hide and spawn in the flaps and weaving of cartons.
(2) tiny cockroaches will live and breed in the motor of the appliance, so throw them in plastic/garbage bags and store them in the fridge for a few days before moving to freeze their lives!
(3) wash all your clothes, curtains and sheets in the hottest environment (without damage) and immediately transfer them from the dryer to the plastic box so that the cockroaches don't have time to connect and hitchhike.
(4) those efficient little demons can draw glue from your book binding, so throw away all your office supplies, magazines, tampon, diapers, wait for a cockroach bait station in each bin to feed them in a sealed bin and kill them & do not open the bin for a few weeks so that any eggs placed can also Hatch, feed and die.
(5) before your things arrive, in the back of the refrigerator and oven, thoroughly clean the new place, then take your things and shake off the things outside
I know you will be worried about what the neighbors think, but at least they will see that you obviously don't like to live in a dirty environment & are taking steps to avoid another situation.
Wipe and check everything before storing shelves and cabinets and clean all linen again for good results.
