New report reveals most calorific meals at popular restaurant chains you should never order - most unhealthy dishes at u.s chain restaurants

One of its biggest offending dishes is PastaNapoletana, a dish that contains more calories than women's daily recommended intake, about 20 calories less than men's recommended intake.

Products such as IHOP, Buffalo Wild chicken wings and peppers are blocked and unnecessary.
But the title of the highest calorie meal is the 16-ounce fine rib meal at the Texas Road house, which comes with a full marshmallow and caramel sauce

This meal contains a total of up to 2,820 calories of fat (

30 mg sodium, more than twice the recommended daily intake.
