new outlet mall restaurant weak sales any good promotional ... - japanese style restaurant dish

I am a "liaison" working for the owner of a new Japanese hiachi style restaurant located in a newly built shopping mall.
The mall is about six months.
The old and Gourmet Square is about 1/2 months old.
