Nando’s adds new salad and sides to the menu – and they are perfect for summer - mexican restaurant corn side dish

Dining at the Nando restaurant is not necessarily unhealthy as the chain has just launched a new range of salads and vegetable noodles.
There was a Greek.
Inspired by watermelon and feta salad, and a new Fino side dish with roasted sweet potatoes and creamy pumpkin, it sounds great.
There are three new healthy salads and four new side dishes in total.
Refreshing watermelon and goat milk salad, a slice of watermelon on a small spinach bed with black olives, cucumbers and goat milk.
There is also an updated version of the home salad with cos lettuce stirred with crispy cucumbers and mixed little plum tomatoes.
Then go with olives and a mix of roasted peppers.
There is also a super healthy cereal and vegetable salad with mixed grains, beans, corn, spinach and long-handled broccoli.
All the salads are big enough to serve as their own main course.
But you can also put them next to each other.
Wrap around a chicken breast or two chicken thighs for 3. 30 extra.
There are also new regular and posher Fino sides, including long-handled broccoli and smaller versions of cereals and greens.
Another new approach is stew: spinach cooked with spicy tomato and chickpeas coconut sauce.
With the exception of roasted sweet potatoes and creamy pumpkins, all sides can order normal or large size, which is-size Fino dish.
Some of the newly added mini versions will also be available on the Nandino children's menu, including watermelon slices, sweet potatoes and cheese nut pumpkin chunks and long-handled broccoli.
Starting tomorrow, the new dishes will be sold at 340 British restaurants in Nando.
