Mexican Food Joints Bring 'Something Special' To Salt Lake City - mexican restaurant corn side dish

-In a community known for its tire shops and corn cake shops in the West End of Salt Lake City, a pineapple spat on a layer of smoked marinated pork.
This dish is called al pastor. This place is called Chunga's.
The chefs shaved off the meat seasoned with jalapeno and guayilo peppers and put it in a warm tortillas, plus a matchstick with onions, coriander and fresh fruit.
Until about seven years ago the restaurant was opened by owner Roberto Contras, which is rarely featured by attractions in Salt Lake City.
But the customer knows Al Paster now and they know it's good.
It's a special thing, "he said of his iconic street food from Mexico City.
Contreras serves as a chef between salsas on the grill and tortillas.
In the evening, the family gathered outside under the umbrella.
This place attracts office workers on weekdays.
