Mexican Fake Out: Bean Burritos Enchilada Style - mexican restaurant corn side dish

2 cans of pinto or refrigerated beans-1 pkg (16 oz)
Your favorite cheese
3 large or 6 small flour tortillas-
1 can of Enchilada sauc optional :-1/4 of milk (
If your beans are not creamy)Garnish (optional)-
Shredded lettucesour cream-
Chopped tomato side dish options: Mexican rice open your canned beans and break them in a pan until they are smooth and creamy.
Add 1/4 cups of milk without cream.
You can add cheese to the beans, which is a great choice.
If you want to skip this and just buy the fridge beans, do it.
Heat with a microwave safe plate, add cheese and stir until melted.
Heat the flour tortillas on the baking tray until they soften.
Apply about 3 tablespoons of beans to your tortillas.
