Here are 10 of Matt Preston's favorite national delicacies.
I was asked many difficult questions (ie;

But there's no more difficult than naming dishes that really define our country.
At the very least, here, is my top ten nomination, and once I take out dishes that many of us like to cook but are not really unique to the country, it will be selected.
For me, a national dish must reflect who we are and what we eat.
It must be unique and have a sense of place.
It also has to be very delicious and it is something you desire when you live overseas. 1.
The real Australian seafood platter seafood always surprises top chefs who can work with multiple
