London\'s Best Vegetarian And Vegan Restaurants - most popular italian dishes in restaurants

As part of my efforts to adopt a healthier lifestyle in 2017 and support the annual "vegetarian", I decided to eat vegetarian or vegetarian meals a week and test the food provided in London.
Christine, my very picky vegetarian friend, claims that London is a tough city for vegetarians, despite improvements in recent years.
I have come to the conclusion that while I don't really like the meat alternatives that often appear on these restaurant menus, there are a lot of other delicious vegetables and vegetarian dishes.
Here are some of the best meat options
Free dining in the capital.
I'm at manmrose Hill fixture and Manna started my week to celebrate the 50 th anniversary of this year.
Mannais is one of the best and oldest places to eat vegetarian food in Europe and is now completely vegetarian.
In 1995, owner Robin and Roger Swallow took over the restaurant with the aim of "offering food in International traditions, but there are very few meat profiles and vegetarian alternatives in restaurants, anywhere.
"While things have improved in London and elsewhere, Manna has maintained the reputation of one of the best vegetarian restaurants in the capital and is now a vegetarian restaurant.
Manna also offers cooking classes at an off-site location in western London and a bakery that provides food for restaurants and many markets and shops.
We had a bunch of cornflakes for lunch with black beans, homemade cashew cheese, avocado sauce and salsa.
Our main course includes a cannellini bean burger and potato corner, as well as my personal favorite pasta and meatballs.
While I don't usually like meat alternatives, I'm impressed with the excellent flavor and texture of "veatballs.
It's not hard to understand why this is one of the most popular items in the restaurant.
The dessert is a delicious toffee pudding with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.

7722 8028 Swiss brothers Christian, Daniel and Reto Frei opened Tibits in London eight years ago and plan to open a second location near London Bridge later this year.
They also have seven branches in Switzerland, where they opened their first in 2000.
Rolf and Marielle Hiltl suggested Frei Brothers, the owners of Haus Hiltl, the world's oldest vegetarian restaurant in Zurich (opened in 1898).
If you want to eat fast food or take-out, it's convenient. tibits is like a fast food restaurant, customers can choose to dine or take out at a buffet of more than 40 homemade vegetarian and vegetarian salads, hot dishes and desserts.
Soup and drinks can be ordered at the bar, including fresh juice, where you can pay by weight.
Open all day, ideal for breakfast or after-hours cocktails (
Yes, they have an alcohol license! )
The day we visited was the "vegetarian Tuesday" offered every week ".
I love this delicious, spicy West African peanut soup and a full-bodied glass noodle salad.
Tibit's dishes can be remade at home with the help of one of their two recipes, and the most recent one is the vegan recipe vegan love story. Tibits, 12-

20 7758 4112 Vanilla Black is a very luxurious vegetable that is perfect for special occasions and I like it very much.
If I can eat there every day, I think I can be happy to be a vegetarian.
My partner Paul, a loyal carnivore, was also very impressed and satisfied.
The decor is lovely too, and there are a variety of options for tableware and artwork.
The owners of Vanilla Black, Andrew Dagg and Donna Conroy, claim that they will never provide traditional vegetarian staples such as pasta baking or vegetable curry, I am happy to see that there is no meat replacement on their menu as well.
The dishes are unique, distinctive and beautifully presented.
The dhal appetizer I made with large tender pumpkin and crispy lentils is one of the best dishes I 've had for a while.
Paul's smoked eggs on black sesame and fried kebab are another imaginative delicacy.
My main course was a pile of fried mushrooms neatly lined up with pine kernel sauce and crispy steamed milk.
For dessert, I chose an interesting one called "raw doughnut "(
More like pudding)
There are raspberry sorbet, crispy custard and crumpled raspberries.
Paul made a deconstructed coffee cake with coconut "ice cream --also delicious.
Vanilla Black is the best vegetarian, but since I can't eat there every day, I plan to order Andrew and Donna's latest recipe, Vanilla Black: fresh taste, for your vegetarian kitchen.

20 7242 2622 raw La Suite West is the restaurant of a boutique hotel in Bayswater, which is completely vegan in addition to serving breakfast with bacon and eggs.
It is also non-alcoholic, so its long list of "mocktails" is ideal for "dry January.
Kristin and I went for afternoon tea and they were all impressed by the Food and the beautiful performance.
Kristin had a lot of faint attempts at what she called a vegetarian sandwich, so was pleasantly surprised by the imaginative delicious food that was served here, including a mushroom and a black olive sauce sandwich, mustard parsley, sunflower seeds and garlic, quinoa, cherry tomatoes, cashew nuts, spinach and filo pastries.
Hot scones made with coconut cream and fresh strawberries meltedin-your-
The mouth was delicious and both of us were guaranteed to come back.

20 7313 8484 our lunch at the trendy East End starts with water and has an edible bread basket filled with delicious bread and dipping sauce including green and red garlic
The menu of this Italian vegetarian restaurant is designed by its charming boss Fabio Stefano, including traditional fresh pasta dishes such as arrabbiata pasta and green garlic
I decided to take a bit more risk and tried one of the most popular dishes in the restaurant, vegetarian carbonara, which replaced smoked tofu and soy cream with eggs, bacon with seitan (wheat gluten).
Although I am not personally interested in this dish, Christine thinks it is good.
I prefer the mushroom pasta at the back.
So far we are full but managed to make room for Blueberry "cheesecake" and tiramisu.
The restaurant is named because it uses its own three-filter water in all dishes.
Excellent jazz music adds a cool atmosphere to the restaurant.

Notting Hill 20 7249 6242 chic newfarmrestaurant is clearly a popular restaurant nearby.
It was very busy and almost full when we arrived for lunch, we thought it was a good sign and the light green leather banquet and polished wood floor decoration was lovely.
The restaurant claims to be a vegetarian, but perhaps it should be described as a "vegan" because eggs are at least in one of the dishes "?
We loved the appetizers platter of baba ganooush, hummus, quinoa tabbouleh, olive tapenade, pickled carrots and zatar cookies with sour dough bread
We went on to eat "chef's clean Curry", a spicy and satisfying pumpkin and eggplant dish with brown rice and colored Mexican bowls, salsa sauce and "sour cream" with coriander rice, avocado sauce, purple potato paste, corn flakes and Mexican chili sauce ".
I ate a smoothie made of almond milk, dates and bananas and washed everything, the dessert was a rather delicious roll ptiouscinnamon roll

7221 0705 Pasquale Amico opened his Italian vegetarian restaurant bioamico Bioin Clerkenwell in 2010 and is still popular seven years later.
The rustic decor of the restaurant made us feel comfortable for lunch in the cold winter.
Amico Bio's menu comes from fresh ingredients from Capua Pasquale family farm in Italy, offering a variety of vegetarian, gluten
Free vegetarian dishes made from seasonal products.
Let's start with a mixed appetizer of potato patties, fried food, panzerotti and mushrooms.
On the main course, we enjoyed rarai, filled with smoked cheese and eggplant in tomato sauce, and lentils pie served with grilled vegetables.
On the dessert side, I was happy with the rich lemon cake and vanilla sauce I chose, while Kristin said the chocolate sauce vegan walnut cake tasted good.

At Notting Hill, 20 7600 7778 NAMA only serves gluten free, vegetarian and raw food, meaning all dishes are below 115 F.
Christine and I went to dinner on a cold night and we might prefer something hot.
However, this restaurant is a relaxing place and I was surprised how much I liked my main course cold zucchini pasta with cashew truffle cream, chestnut mushrooms, crispy scallions and black truffles.
The strong taste makes up for the lack of warmth.
Kristin had a Caesar salad with lettuce, sunflower seeds, capers, avocado, cashews and flavored o.
For me, the most important thing is to cultivate Blueberry "cheesecake" made of cashew nuts with Brazilian nuts and coconut shells ".
It is not cooked but dense and delicious.
Kristin chose a salty chocolate caramel cake made of sticky date caramel.
I would love to go back and offer cooking classes in the kitchen downstairs once a week with the boss.
Lessons include how to make nuts and seed cheese, yogurt, sour cream, and how to easily make food at home with minimal equipment.
I would love to learn how to make blueberry cheesecake.

Eight years ago, zenopen was near King's Cross station.
Although not 100% of organic foods, 85% of their raw materials include rice, root vegetables, seaweed and soybeans.
First of all, Kristin and I shared the fresh vegetable tempura with a crisp batter.
Later, we made lunch boxes with flavored o soup and various Rolls full of different vegetables, vegetables marinated with peanut seasoning and tofu.
The restaurant has recently introduced catering and office room service. Itadaki-
