The project will have its own hatchery to produce its own seedlings, rather than capturing wild teenagers as seedlings as in other lobster farming projects in the SouthEast Asia.
The first lobster at the farm is expected to be launched in 2017.
The project is expected to create 14,000 jobs by 2022 and, once the farm is fully operational, 20,000 jobs by 2029.
