John Boehner’s favorite ‘Italian’ dish is the one named for him - my favorite dish in the restaurant essay

Most members of Congress seem to prefer upscale restaurants like Charlie Palmer Steak or Bistro Bis when they are out for dinner.

And in the barracks Street on Capitol Hill, the Italian restaurant is not so fancy.
We were told that when he was in town he went about once a week.
