How office space rental rates compare around the world - most expensive restaurant dishes in the world

Auckland is one of the 50 places with the highest CBD office rents in the world, and major industrial rents follow.
This is based on six-
Monthly rental data for Colliers International offices in 69 countries.
Chris Dibble, research and communications director at Colliers NZ, said his team compared more than 210 office areas and 220 industrial areas from around the world.
"We found that Auckland is the highest rent place in the world, the highest rent place in the world, and the highest rent place in the world.
"Wellington is 57 in the office and 68 in the industrial sector.
"Christchurch ranks at the rate of 68 and 89 in the office and industrial rental rankings, respectively.
"Similar to past results, Hong Kong is the world's most expensive place to rent office and industrial space.

Average watering per square meter is 3,314 NZ dollars.
"The West End is next to it, but there is a certain distance between the two, where the office space is priced at $1,891/square meter.
The podium ended in Paris for $1,174/square meter.
"In contrast, the average net rent for the gold Office in New Zealand is $478/square meter in Auckland, $388/square meter in Wellington and $370/square meter in Christchurch.
"This is still relatively cheap compared to Sydney, which is ranked fifth in the world for $1,037/square meter.
"In the industrial sector, the San Francisco Peninsula ranked second after Hong Kong for $342/M2.
London Heathrow took the third place for $336/square meter.
"These rents are more than three times the rent in the main center of New Zealand," Dible said . ".
"The main industrial rents in Auckland averaged $124 per square meter, $108 per square meter in Wellington and $103 per square meter in Christchurch.
By contrast, the average price of major industries in Sydney is $157 per square meter.
"From an investment perspective, Hong Kong has not only the highest rent, but also the highest yield, with a capital Interest Rate/initial yield of 2. 3 per cent.
In addition to Dubai, the highest house price/initial rate of return for cities with top 10 rentals is between 3-5.
The average yields in Auckland, Wellington and Christchurch are still slightly higher than those, with an average yield of 6-7.
