Homemade Tartar Sauce  -  proper way of hand wash dishes in a restaurant

Tata sauce is a perfect match for many dishes, especially seafood.
When you can make it at home with some basic ingredients, why run to the store and buy a can of tar sauce?
Tartar sauce is a thick white cream sauce with chopped onions, pickles and capers, with mayonnaise as its main ingredient.
Fried dishes, especially fried seafood, are usually served with Tata sauce.
Tartar sauce is considered to have been created by the French and they use it as a sauce for the steak tartartare, a popular dish made of chopped raw steaks.
You can also add vinegar, mustard or Worcester County sauce to make the sauce taste stronger.

Before serving, sprinkle a little pepper and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
For the change of taste, you can replace the sweet kimchi with the dill kimchi.
Mix the cookie mixture, garlic powder, onion powder, dill weed, pepper and salt in a large bowl, and mix well.

Mix it properly before using tartar sauce and refrigerate it for at least an hour to enhance the taste of the sauce.
