Healthy Pot Stickers Recipe - low fat thai dishes restaurant

My family likes Korean and pot stickers but we are trying to reduce fat.
So I came up with this recipe for not using calorie butter spray.
The frozen pot stickers I made at home are fast food and can also be a supplement to Chinese food.
You can make pig pot stickers, chicken pot stickers and plain pot stickers.
