Mexico Lindo's sister restaurant is a popular place on Melrose Street. Guadalajara barbecue has been bringing delicious Mexico to Mardon since its opening in May.
Shopkeepers Felipe Moreno, a native of Guadalajara, has made a wide variety of food in this pleasant place with chef Marco Tolos.
This restaurant is very new although it feels a bit sparse and quiet during our visit.

Moreno later told us that there is a lot of seafood on the rich menu, which is a recognition of Guadalajara.
We started with a mix of sour, Orange, pickled fish ($12. 99)
Fresh shrimp and white fish with cilantro, lime and pepper served with crispy tortillas.
It is fresh and satisfying in the hot summer.
We also try the tortillas soup ($5. 59)
This is what we hope, a large bowl of hearty chicken soup with bright avocado slices in it, crispy --

Luxury burritos ($10. 95)
Surprisingly, this is one of the few pork products.
There is no Cardamom here, but the tender pieces of roast pork are made with plain rice, beans and cheese with delicious fillings;
There are also avocado sauce, tomatoes and onions.
Camaron ($13. 95)
It contains delicious shrimp, scallions, cheese and cream, and a delicious pink sauce.
They carry ingredients like burrito, with yellow rice and fried beans on one side.
One thing is disappointing: flour tortillas represent the corn in these tortillas, and it doesn't work either in our opinion.
The highlight may be carne asada ($13. 99)
