While Domino cannot guarantee cross-contamination and does not recommend people with diarrhea to eat their pizza, some independent tests show that gluten levels in pizza are low or not detected.
"Low" is still not "no" and "undetectable" just means they can't find it.
So while many people like this pizza without adverse effects, if you're not sure you want to deal with the consequences of an unexpected increase in adhesion, it could be something worth skipping.
Still, this is an option, and if you're at a time when you barely remember the proper taste of pizza, it could be a convenient one.
