KFC is very tasty!
It is a company that operates Pizza Hut and Taco Bell.
In another GFOTG, I saw a relative lack of menu options for Taco Bell, which is a should--
As a Mexican restaurant--
There are a lot of options for those who are gluten sensitive.
I think it is clear that Pizza Hut will have a gluten problem (ie Pizza Hut is a bread problem)
But how about KFC?
Don't they have roast chicken or something?
Well, of course there will be some menu items that will be opened by reluctant milk fat can nom when everyone else is eating in their delicious greasy fried chicken bucket! Right? . . . right? ?
Unfortunately, KFC is another chain where you really need to be careful about what you eat.
Of course, there's always annoying cross-contamination to worry about, but like its sister Taco Bell, KFC also has a lot of gluten free food, but in fact, these foods will make you sick.
Or anything else.
If you really find yourself stuck in KFC. . . I\'m sorry. I really am.
I hope you like sauces and corn.
Most condiments, sandwich fixings and cheese are safe.
Drinks are safe, I think.
But we should be honest here.
This list should be longer.
There is no reason why baked beans are gluten free.
Many mainstream brands of baked beans are gluten free.
I can understand the gluten-containing gravy, but mashed potatoes?
Mashed potatoes? ?
A quick search of ingredients shows that baked beans actually contain hydrolysis of plant proteins (wheat, etc. ) and mashed potatoes contain wheat depending on the supplier.
I'm assuming it's hidden in the "natural spice" but the ingredient statement doesn't actually specify where the wheat is.
Both potato corners and gravy contain "concentrated wheat flour" and roast chicken contains "bleached wheat flour" and soy sauce (wheat ).
For the record, green beans contain MSG.
It's gluten free, but some people react the same way to it.
I realized we had better not eat at KFC.
But at the same time, more efforts can be made to adapt to the changing
There are more and more gluten free people.
I'm not saying we want GF fried chicken (though I miss it so much) or cookies.
I'm just saying that doing something like mashed potatoes or roast chicken GF is more than just adding some customers.
I find that usually when you do gluten free stuff, it means that you have to take a lot of filler and trash out of it.
(See: hydrolysis protein in baked beans.
) The food is a little healthier.
If the food is healthy, then everyone will benefit. Everywhere.
Seriously, remove MSG from green beans. What the heck?
