It was a long 10 months for Tu Tierra fans, a lively little Mexican restaurant that used to live around the corner of heritage and Fairmont Boulevard. E.
When Hector Delgado and Diana parafquez closed the site on last March, the aim was to move to a new location a few blocks away in a few weeks.
However, the construction of Hansen square at 8995 bonawend Avenue was delayed. E.

So now they have a new position.

Set up South, East and North surround windows under high black ceilings.
The floor is covered with a colorful whirlpool of metal epoxy resin flowing into the patio waiting for the summer sun.
This is a simple and spacious room full of strong aromas of Mexican cooking.

Eugene enricks studied professional cooking at SAIT and worked in various restaurants before he and his mother opened the Paul restaurant.
He learned from his family's Filipino tradition and their Singapore experience. (

The film is about Tomita Osamu, Japan's ramen king, opening the kitchen while sharing ramen tips and recipes.
It was touted as a tribute to the noodles and broth, in line with the classic Tampopo of the past few years.
