Food & Wine named this Cambridge spot one of the best new restaurants in America - new perkins breakfast restaurant dish

On Thursday, food and wine magazine released the annual list of the best new restaurants in the United States, and a restaurant outside Harvard Square made a cut.
Waypoint is the second restaurant of "Coastal Inspiration" by Alden & Harlow chef/boss michael Scelfo, and since its opening in August 2016, it has been held by the public for its "magnetic" power
The magazine praised Scelfo for being able to nail the typical seafood farewell while offering menus beyond the standard raw bar and fresh dishes.

Green plankton Blinken, and sliced scallops crudo with burnt tles hemp and smoked benne seeds, "the public wrote.

Among other things, the bomb pasta is paired with the fermented European wind-proof grass, brown butter and nutritious yeast.
