Fine dining: Lesley Chesterman’s Best Dishes of 2014 - most popular restaurant pasta dishes

At the end of each year, I was a little scared because I had already tasted about 500 restaurant dishes in my 48-week restaurant review.
After each bite, there is a point: if this is a classic dish, is it completely seasoned, cooked properly, attractive in texture, or is the temperature appropriate, if this is a creative dish, is it up to the standard, does it cause me to Marvel, is this the best or worst I 've ever eaten, if neither, where is it appropriate in 2014, there are fewer tartares, but there is a lot of seafood and less pork and older beef.
The plate display is usually too picky, but there are other things that look like they're thrown together.
Lobster is everywhere, desserts are never like at home, cheese lessons are about life support and entertainment --
Bouche is actually extinct.
Food sometimes seems to be back in line with wine this year, but looking back on this 500 course, there's a lot I 'd be happy to wolf down again.
The menu often varies according to the seasonality, but I guarantee you will be impressed if you can get the dishes.
It's simple, it's complicated, but it's delicious.
While my aim is to list only one dish in each category, there are too many choices at times, so I have to give in two or three.
There will definitely be more!
This much-criticized green leafy vegetable of kale simply goes with some corn here (frozen because of the off-season, I think) and scallions sauce.
It sounds a bit dull.
I could have had a big bucket of salad, perfectly blended with this powerful sauce, proving that you can make a beautiful dish with three ingredients, even if one of them is kale.
