Fajitas - Awesome Four Meats Recipe - corn dish in mexican restaurant sweet

Do you like fajitas?
Oh my God, we will.
We have been ordering at our favorite Mexican restaurant.
If you do, I have a great fajita recipe that you will love!
I made dinner tonight and it was very popular.
My dishes are like a combination of chicken fajitas, steak fajitas, pork fajitas and shrimp fajitas, all rolled into a plate of delicious dishes.
The two granddaughters had dinner with us, so I separated the onions from the peppers from the meat because they didn't really like the onions and peppers.
This recipe for fajitas is full of flavor.
It is meat, rich, delicious and has a little heat and sweetness.
I'm not sure how sweet the fajita recipe will be, but we love it!
You may not, of course.
If you don't think you will, remove the sugar from the fajita marinade.
You can still get some great flavor from other ingredients.
Our Mexican friends call these fajitas Texanas, but mine is a little different.
They cook with their tomatoes and I don't eat them either.
If you like, you don't need the four kinds of meat I use.
It can be said that you can mix and match according to your personal preference.
I hope you like these fashida!
In my opinion, a good fajitas marinade plays an important role in the process of making fajitas.
It makes the meat tender and adds a lot of flavor to the meat.
I marinate the chicken, pork and steak together, but I wait before adding the shrimp.
Shrimp don't need to be marinated for long because the meat is more delicate.
My fajita recipe doesn't need marinade and it will be delicious without marinade.
However, your final product will be better if you use marinade.
In this recipe I used a fajita marinade made of citrus juice, olive oil, sugar, garlic, chopped red pepper and Mexican chili powder.
Citrus juice is acidic and helps to tender meat.
They also added sugar, garlic, red pepper slices and Mexican chili powder to add flavor.
Olive oil helps keep the meat juicy.
: Place all ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl.
Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
You can buy a commercial fajita seasoning mixture at any supermarket in the United States.
Well, let's say you can.
Of course, I have not been to every supermarket in the country, but it is available in all our local stores.
It's usually not expensive, but there's no reason why you can't do it yourself.
All you need is a fajita seasoning recipe!
I just have one you can borrow.
Combine all the ingredients
Store additional fajita seasoning in a closed glass jar or plastic food bag.
This fajita recipe is made from four different meats: onion, bell pepper and Serrano pepper.
Serrano peppers are hotter than jalapeno, so use jalapeno if you want less heat, or don't use any peppers at all.
I used the New York steak, but you can use any kind of tender steak.
I use thin pork.
Boneless center-cut chops.
