Dining Out: Lobster pho, rightly, the star dish at Chinatown's Lobster Noodle House - most unhealthy dishes at u.s chain restaurants

Most dishes without lobster are less than $15, and most lobster dishes are only $20 to $35 from the restaurant. Sorry, ramen lovers.
If there is an honorary municipal soup in Ottawa, it must be River powder.
In the past 30 years, the humble Vietnamese meal in the bowl has grown from the secret of Chinatown to the familiar, comfortable and sturdy presence in strip shops from LÉ to Barrhaven to Kanata.
So how does a new pho restaurant in Ottawa stand out?
Word answer: lobster.
This fall, the lobster noodle shop opens on Somerset Street West of Preston Street, from appetizers to fried noodles, and luxurious shellfish are popular in several specialties --
A huge and expensive bowl of river powder fries coming out of the kitchen, ready to close on Instagramup.
The restaurant claims on its Facebook page that its soup of the same name is the only lobster River powder in Ontario --
This raises the question: where else can you get lobster powder? My rough online search found a mention of this dish --

Restaurants in Calgary, Dallas, Las Vegas, Maine and Maryland.
No restaurant has the word "lobster" in its name.
Well, the lobster noodle shop is at least commendable because it can do everything --
In its concept, before the global hype of lobster River powder.

Then the lobster noodle restaurant will be one of its pioneers.
In other ways, the lobster noodle shop is as gentle and perhaps more appropriate as other pho shops in the west of Somerset Street.
The restaurant has 40 seats and is a spartan space with white walls and floors and gray tables.
The sound system plays pop music.
There is no business license for the restaurant.
Desserts are not served here, even Vietnamese coffee.
Maybe better so as not to distract you from the extra

Last week, I had a lunch with a friend. it was a wonderful and memorable meal, if not first class.
