Mexican recipes have more diabetes recipes for you!
I learned a lot about Mexican recipes from two of our friends Jonas and Julia.
The couple, who are from Mexico, own and run two Mexican restaurants.
From their salt to their moles, they make everything from scratch, which takes hours of cooking.

Now I'm almost fascinated.

I really tried to include at least one cross-flower vegetable per day in my healthy recipe, and broccoli filled the bill well.
Broccoli is very low in carbohydrates and contains fiber, vitamins and minerals.
By the way, there is no carbohydrate in the steak.
I usually try to keep my diabetes meal healthy.
I also want my food to taste better.
You will find that my Mexican steak and broccoli recipes are no exception.
