Add sour cream and stir. -
Stir the chopped Oreo cookies with a spoon. -
Pour cream cheese into a spring pan and place nine chopped Oreo cookies in the cream mix. -
Place the pan on top shelf, in the middle of a 325 F preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes an hour. -
After that, keep the oven door open and let the cheesecake stay in the oven for an hour.
Take it out of the oven and leave something cool enough in the fridge for 24 hours. Serves 4-
