Let's talk about crab salad today!
Yes dear reader, I have more recipes for low carb for you.
I told you that once Thanksgiving and Christmas are over, I'm back on the list of low-carb.
I'm trying to stick to a low carb diet with seafood on the menu!

I am trying to focus more on low-carb foods and dishes, creating many low-carb options that combine seafood with other low-carb or non-carb ingredients.
This is fairly easy to implement so far and I haven't used up all the ideas yet.
Seafood Salad is something I like very much and it is easy to make crab salad with low carb and no carb version.
I used a variety of crab salad recipes, mainly my own work.
We love to catch and cook blue crabs and stone crab claws, and sometimes we use the picked crab meat in the salad.
They are especially delicious and refreshing during the warm months, but we enjoyed crab salad all year round.
Personally, I think the blue crabs are the most delicious of all, and they are mostly caught when we catch crabs.
When traveling to South Florida, we sometimes catch crabs.
I think blue crab meat is the best choice for crab salad, but I also make crab salad recipes with the crab claw and meat of Alaska king crab legs and snow crab legs.

First of all, use real crab meat.
Yes, I know it's a lot cheaper to copy crab meat, but the taste is not as good as the real crab meat.
If you're looking for a low-carb recipe, don't eat a crab-like diet.
Starch and sugar are added to almost all brands of products.
The real crab meat is not delicious and does not actually contain carbohydrates.
It also contains almost no fat.
Use fresh, frozen or pasteurized chilled crab meat.
Avoid the crabs in the flat tank you find on the grocery store shelves.
Very little taste.
There are several varieties of crab meat and you may find crab meat and chicken claw meat.
The lump is more expensive, but almost all of them have it.
Claw meat is usually a mixture of claw meat and shredded meat.

I was just a teenager at the time, but I gave up the taste and as an adult I learned to make this crab avocado salad myself.
The cool and smooth avocado is awesome with the heat of the feast and the rich mix of crab meat!
