Cilantro Chili Lime Brown Rice With Corn - mexican restaurant corn side dish

We love Mexican-style dishes, we have modified a variety of rice recipes to match burritos and tortillas before finally starting this fast, clean food, etc, A simple version we absolutely love and think others will love it too!
This is a great summer rice dish with a handy camping or side dish with canned corn.
2 1/2 cup brown rice, cook in the direction 3-
4 tablespoons of lime juice (start with 3)
2 tablespoons cilantro1 tablespoon chili powder 1/2 cup frozen corn salt and pepper to choose from: Add 3 tablespoons of sour orange juice or two sour orange juice to your cooked rice to mix thoroughly. (
For those who love your lime, add the fourth tablespoon

We like to add frozen corn
1/2 to 3/4 cups-
Mix, then put the whole thing back on the stove, cover it and steam the frozen corn for a few minutes.
Season with chili powder, coriander and a little salt and pepper.
I like to put fresh tomato salsa on it, but it's also nice.
