A beautiful mom and pop family run a Chinese restaurant in Detroit, but they have a problem and they can hardly speak English. They did enough. Good people. Main marketing issues: 1. There are many customers when slow. Effective current method = flyer. . . The work is not good enough. (The second half of each month seems to be really slow for a long time) 2. They need to be able to pick up orders faster at very busy times, so my main problem is that someone knows some sort of automated platform for the phone, when there are 3 people in line, there are always 3 people who can automatically accept people's orders when they call. One thing we think of is setting up a Pause message that they are currently trying not to have. . .
