"It's one of my best successes, so I think it's going to be a good example of how to put something together.
I always put onions, garlic and my good old concentrate stock around.
You need something to taste (
Herbs, tomatoes, salsa, peppers, sausages, leftover side dishes that don't turn into paste)
And bulk stuff (
Beans, lentils, peas, potatoes, cans or fresh vegetables).
I like protein too (
If this is not my main taste)
I usually put it in the fridge from some budget

Following the method below, you can change the ingredients in millions of ways.
I don't have anything in bulk except tortillas, so it's a bit thin (
I'm really more of a stew man)
But good, I ate for 3 days and did not get sick.
Corn, potatoes, or black beans are all available.
This is adapted from my blog and obsessed with dinner. Serves about 6.
Printable version you need: 2 chicken breast 1 onion, 4 cloves garlic, 1 7 oz for 8 c stocks chopped or pre-stored.
Canned 4 oz Green.

Juice month limes1.
5 t cumin1t cinnamonopinch cinnamof cayennesour cream for decorating and photographing dried chicken breast and then sprinkle salt and pepper on one side.
Heat one or two tablespoons of oil in a soup pot (
If you want to use a slow cooker, you can also use a frying pan)on medium-high heat.
Put the salty portion of the chicken in the pan.
Now sprinkle on the other side with S & P.
The Browns on both sides are fine, but don't worry about boiling them through.
This scorching step is optional, but it adds flavor.
Remove the chicken (
Either on one side or in a slow cooker).
In the same pot, stir-fry the onion to the edge and start to turn yellow, then stir-fry it into garlic until it starts to turn yellow.
You may need some more oil.
Sprinkle cumin on onions and garlic and stir for a few minutes to toast it.
Pour a few cups of stock into the pan and scrape all the good brown stuff from the bottom.
Add everything except sour cream and half a tortillas to the soup pot or slow cooker.
This is the best if you have soup early and let it cook for a few hours (
When I was working all day, I put it high in the slow cooker).
When you're almost ready to eat, take the chicken out of the pan and cut it into small pieces --sized pieces.
I like to mix fast with my hands
Stir with a blender before re-adding the chicken, but this is optional.
In order to get a better decoration, the remaining 4 tortillas (Cut into strips)
On biscuit paper.
Sprinkle the fritters with salt and pepper.
Give them a quick stir, coat everything with a layer, and then put the stuff in the oven for about 10 minutes at 350 or until they turn brown.
