Chi Chi's Copycat Recipes - mexican restaurant dishes recipes

It's hard to find.
Chi's is a very popular Mexican restaurant chain in the past 30 years.
Due to the hepatitis A outbreak in Chi, Pennsylvania, Chi's restaurant was forced to close in 2004.
A lot of people missed Chi's delicious Mexican recipes, from fresh garden salsa to seafood burrito to Chi's Mexican fried ice cream.
But don't despair.
If you miss these secret recipes for Chi, we have here a copy recipe version of Chi's sweet corn pie, Chi's salsa, chimichangas, etc.

I found out this imitation recipe from my own collection. 2-8-
1 or 2 Mexican peppers in red or green, your preference, sow and cut into 8 pieces
Any or all of the following-
Mix water, lime juice, oil, vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and optional liquid smoke.
Pour into a plastic bag or glass bowl that can be re-sealed.
Add chicken.
Soak in the fridge for a night or at least 3 hours.
After pickling, roast the chicken on an outdoor or indoor grill.
If a charcoal grill is used, no liquid smoke is required.
Cook for about 10 minutes until the chicken is no longer pink.
Cut or chop the chicken into small pieces.
Warm up the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
Spread about 1 to 2 tablespoons salsa on each cornflakes.
Put chicken shreds on each tortillas and then cheese, onions and a piece of jalapeno.
Bake in a preheated oven for about 10 minutes.
Optional sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce and/or avocado salad dressing are available on the top.
Chop up tomatoes, onions and coriander.
Nearly half of the tomatoes are placed in a blender, with green lime juice, peppers, garlic and other spices added.
Mixed to thick but not water.
Add this mixture to the rest of the ingredients in the bowl.
Put in the refrigerator for a few hours to develop the taste.
