'Chef of the century' Joel Robuchon dies aged 73 - michelin star restaurants dishes

Chef Joel Robuchon, who had a record of 32 Michelin stars at one stage, has died at the age of 73.
A spokeswoman for the chef and a French government spokesman confirmed his death, reportedly in Geneva, Switzerland, on Monday.
The French broadcaster BFM and the Figaro newspaper reported that the restaurant owner died in a fight against cancer.
In a brilliant career, robaxiong was named one of the best craftsmen in France in 1976 and was awarded the title of century chef in 1990, with a total of 32 Michelin stars.
The chef is known for his innovative style and playing in the kitchen, and is known for innovating traditional French cuisine.
Robertson, a former Gordon Ramsey mentor, left a gourmet restaurant empire around the world.
Cook and gourmet writer Patricia Wells said in the book L'Atelier de Joel robu that the French will no doubt "become an artist who will influence the world of food in the 20 th century ".
