Andy Cohen's stars lined up on Saturday.
The live host and many real family stars gathered in Los Angeles to take part in his baby shower, hosted by Ramona Singer Kyle Richards, Neene Lex, and Teresa Giudiceand Vivian Gunvalsonat Palm Restaurant at Beverly Hills.
The theme is "the birth of a Star ".
