The name Herbert Samuel and Tel Aviv's original restaurant was created by celebrity chef Yonatan Roshfeld, which has expanded to a chain of three restaurants.
Now, the flagship restaurant in Tel Aviv and the Jerusalem branch of the hotel of the same name are closed, and the Jewish Herbert Samuel of the Ritz Hotel
Carlton liya Pituah Marina Carlton is the only surviving restaurant with a high reputation.
The kitchen is still assisted by the chef who trained with Roshfeld and won the work of the first Jewish Herbert Samuel.
Since the menu relies on the freshest seasonal ingredients, it is updated several times a year and is currently in the 2019 Winter iteration phase.
There is only one type of cocktail called Jasmine ecstasy, but there are two different types of cocktails, vodka or gin.
Either way, it is a fruity and refreshing drink with a pomegranate flavor.
The menu consists of six parts: raw, the way we like to start at Herbert Samuel, homemade pasta, the food of the day, beef in the Golan Heights, limited edition.
On average, there are three dishes in each category, but there are very few vegetarian or vegetarian options.

The cold weather prompted us to order one of the two soups on the menu: seasoned with hummus and salty almond foam.
This classic warm and elegant version of French potato leeks is a velvet delight.
Our waitress recommended one of the only two cooked vegetarian options on the menu: truffle cream roasted cauliflower, poached egg and smoked salt.
The dish is not as exotic as it sounds, but eating a healthy cross-flower vegetable is a pleasant way.

The duck breast marinated with the flavor o is paired with a variety of interesting side dishes: Japanese pumpkin cream, pineapple chimichurri, quinoa popcorn and mashed potatoes seasoned with mustard seeds and mustard.
